Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: 95% refund (5% cancellation fee).

  • Cancellations made 4–14 days before check-in: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee).

  • Cancellations made 1–4 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in: No refund.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows (failure to check-in without prior notice).

  • Early check-outs due to personal reasons or change of plans.

  • Charges paid for meals already consumed or services availed.

Reschedule Option

  • Guests may choose to reschedule their stay (subject to availability) instead of cancellation.

  • Standard rescheduling rules apply.
